The Armorel School District is experiencing technical difficulties due to the storms that came through yesterday afternoon. All phones lines and internet are currently down. We expect this to be resolved by noon today. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.

The Armorel School District is closely monitoring the threat of severe weather this afternoon. Timing could disrupt our normal dismissal time. In the event this should occur, for the safety of our students and staff, it may be necessary to hold students past normal dismissal time. We will update you if dismissal times vary. Parents are encouraged to pick up their child if they feel more comfortable doing so before the storms arrive.

The Junior High and Senior High cheer meeting is canceled for tonight.

There will be a Junior High and Senior High Cheerleader:and Parent meeting on March 30th at 6pm in the high school commons. We will be discussing the 22-23 Cheer Season.

Come out and support our baseball and softball teams in their first home games of the season. Our Tigers will play Mammoth Spring and the Lady Tigers will play Manila with both games starting at 4:30 pm. Admission is $3 for adults and students get in free. The Tiger Yearbook staff will be selling yearbooks during the week of March 1-4, 2022. This year the high school and elementary school will have separate books. Elementary yearbooks are $20 with no name and $25 with a name. High school yearbooks are $30 with no name and $35 with a name.

Congratulations Elizabeth Rose!! 1A-4A East Conference Camp in 100m butterfly and 100m backstroke!! Elizabeth will compete in the Arkansas High School Championship Swim Meet this weekend!!!!

Tuesday, February 22 we will begin our grades 6-11 cheer tryout clinic for the 22-23 school year. All girls trying out may stay after school Mon-Thursday til 4:30. I will meet the girls in the gym each day. We will have a short informational parent meeting for those new parents. For questions contact Melissa Booker.
